  • You may contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence, which will process your claim and cooperate to solve the problem.

What the European Consumer Centre can do to help you.

The European Consumer Centre will give you information on the options available to process your claim and it will give you advice as to which option is the most suitable.

After that, the EEC will act as an effective mediator between you and the supplier, giving notice of your claim supported by the Community's and national rules that may apply.

The European Consumer Centre will give you linguistic support if it is necessary and will provide legal advice in out of court cases.
