| If you are not satisfied with a service or a product you are
entitled to:

Ask for the repair or replacement of the service or product for an appropriate
service or product according to the expectations agreed, with no charge and
within a reasonable time.

If the repair or replacement is not possible you have the right to a discount
from the price paid or the reimbursement of the total amount.

Ask for the reimbursement of additional expenses paid.

Ask for compensation, monetary or of another type, for the damage caused.

In general, the vendor must be liable for the products for two years as of the
moment the products has been delivered to the consumer in the case of new
products.
How to exercise your rights

The first claim must be made to the supplier of the goods or service that was
not satisfactory.

You must keep proof of the claim made and of the product or service that is the
subject matter of the claim.

Ask for the reimbursement of additional expenses paid.

Ask for compensation, monetary or of another type, for the damage caused.

You should contact the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE ECC in Spain: Directly in the
three sites of the Centre (Madrid, Barcelona, Vitoria), by telephone, fax,
Electronic mail or Web page;

Through any OMIC (Municipal Consumer Information Office) and Municipal Tourist
Offices, Consumer Services and Tourist Offices of the Autonomous Regions and
Offices to Assist Citizens of the National Institute of Consumption (NIC) that
depends on the Department of Health and Consumption while you are in Spain.

You may contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence,
which will process your claim and cooperate to solve the problem.
What the European Consumer Centre can do to help you.
The European Consumer Centre will give you information on the options available
to process your claim and it will give you advice as to which option is the
most suitable.
After that, the EEC will act as an effective mediator between you and the
supplier, giving notice of your claim supported by the Community's and national
rules that may apply.
The European Consumer Centre will give you linguistic support if it is
necessary and will provide legal advice in out of court cases.
